About VoteHytale

VoteHytale is an independent, community-driven platform that is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Hytale or its developers. We provide voting services for Hytale servers and help promote the Hytale gaming community.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VoteHytale, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on VoteHytale for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website

3. Server Submissions

When submitting servers to VoteHytale voting platform, you agree to:

• Not submit servers that violate Hytale's terms of service
• Not submit servers containing inappropriate content
• Maintain your server information up to date
• Not submit servers that are malicious or harmful

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VoteHytale or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on VoteHytale.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the voting service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

11. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VoteHytale operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
